THE ANIMALS

LESSON # 3

PROJECT

For the next four classes, students will be working on their project. Students will be asked to create a montage about animals. First, they will be asked to choose the environment they want to work with (ocean, jungle, farm, forest). Then they will have to choose at least 8 animals including one endangered species to be included in their project. The project must also include a short description for each animal. The students will be given all the material they need to build their project. The first half of the class will be spent on explaining the project. This is also where we’ll show students two examples of projects. At the end of the first period, students will have to hand in an outline of their projects. (animals chosen, environment, team members…). At the last period, students will present their projects to the rest of the class.
